ORDERING
When ordering by mail, please be sure to include the item number, as well as your shipping address.  If you have any questions, or require any additional photos, please feel free to contact me PRIOR to ordering, since all sales are final, unless the item(s) have been misrepresented.  If we made a mistake, we will gladly give you a full refund of the purchase price.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  These returns require our approval first.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made in the form of Paypal, Money Orders or personal checks.  Shipment will be held until payment clears our bank.  We prefer Paypal and you can pay securely with any major credit card through Paypal.

SHIPPING
Buyer pays all shipping and insurance (optional) charges.  If you decline insurance, you are accepting full responsibility for any damage or lost items that occur after the package
leaves our hands.  We charge only the actual shipping costs, and will combine shipping charges for multiple purchases shipped in the same box.

We ship DOMESTIC USPS Priority Mail, usually within 2 days of payment clearance.  We ship Worldwide INTERNATIONAL Priority.

International buyers please note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  Please don’t ask us to fib on the customs forms.  Our reputation is at stake!
